Meet Andrew. 

My experience working with Kyle Anderson has been nothing but great. Kyle really knows the science behind sports performance and training. My goal when I started working with Kyle was to gain 20 pounds in four months and become faster and more powerful for baseball. He set me up with a program that is perfect for me and the results can attest to Kyle’s great work. At my first evaluation I was 110 pounds, had a medicine ball toss of 24 feet, and could only do 2 full pull ups. After only one month into Kyle’s program I had gained 5 pounds, was tossing a med ball 10 feet further, and tripled my pull ups. After that, I did end up gaining the additional 15 pounds (over 3 months) that I wanted and have gotten significantly stronger and faster.


I highly recommend Kyle as a coach not only because of his knowledge behind the science of training but also because of his personality. He is very personable and awesome to hang out and work with. He is not there just to count reps, he genuinely cares about the progress I am making. I recommend that anybody looking to actually accomplish something work with Kyle.

As a new bride-to-be, I set a goal for myself to lose 15 pounds for my wedding. In the first four months of dieting and working out on my own, I lost four pounds--not bad, but also not enough to reach my goal weight before my wedding. With only four months to go, I contacted Game 7 Fitness to start  a strength training program and began working with Fitness Coach Kyle Anderson. Over the course of 12 weeks, Kyle created customized strength training workouts specifically to help me reach me weight loss and strength goals, and he also monitored my diet. And no, this did not mean going on some gluten-free/paleo/whatever fad diet is out there right now. Instead, Kyle gave me nutritional information to integrate into a lifestyle change (not just a temporary diet), and he never told me what to eat and what not to eat (and I did, in fact, eat a decent amount of cake over those 12 weeks).


By week 11 I had lost 11 pounds, reaching my weight loss goal a full month before my wedding and right before my final dress fitting! Even more than that, I can deadlift over 100 pounds and plank for over 3 minutes! I absolutely could not have achieved my weight loss and strength goals without Kyle's guidance. I never felt intimidated and he was a huge support over those 12 weeks. I absolutely 100% recommend working with Kyle if you can!

Let's just say I am not the exercise kind of person. Never was and at 45, juggling work, 2 children and the many activities that come with kids I wasn't super motivated to start. To boot, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism and a bulging/herniated disk were working against me. My clothes were getting tighter and my energy level was nonexistence (my bed was my best friend when I had the time). I needed to be motivated and find someone who would be patient, encouraging and knowledgeable. I found all of this with my personal trainer, Kyle, at G7. Well, it's been 2 1/2 months and I am still here. Getting stronger and back in my clothes that used to fit! I even track what I eat and my bed has been "unfriended"! I have been thrilled with what I've accomplished with Kyle and Game 7 Fitness.


I'd worked out with trainers on and off through the years, but I never stuck with it and didn't see huge results. I don't like to exercise and always found excuses to stop after a few weeks. However I really wanted to feel strong and healthy and look good for my wedding next summer.


When I first met Kyle, I told him my goal was to build and then tone my muscles. And boy have I! After about 2 months I could see and feel the muscles in my arms, legs and abs. And by the third month I was wearing sleeveless tops as often as possible to show off my muscular arms. Surprising for someone who always hated my arms and even considered plastic surgery on them.


Kyle personalizes my program for my goals and changes it up frequently to keep it interesting and to work different muscles. He also keeps track of my diet and recommends nutrition plans and exercises for the days when I'm not working out with him. He genuinely cares about me and my health and I am motivated by him even when I'm not at G7. He's teaching me how to live a healthier lifestyle and I can't thank him enough!

I have been working with Kyle since May. Kyle is a great motivator and challenges me to push my boundaries. If you ever told me I would be able to do a pull up I would have said you were crazy! But now I am banging them out. (And you should see my arms) Although the workouts are tough sometimes, Kyle makes them fun as well. Thank you Kyle for starting my road to fitness and keeping me there.
